StaticCredentialProvider
Use a verifier session id you already hold, instead of driving a wallet.
Usage
const = new ('a-verifier-session-id') Useful when the presentation happened elsewhere — a browser front end did the exchange and handed your backend the session id, which is the only value ocean-node actually wants.
