Your own market's cut: { address, fee }, where fee is a decimal fraction of the swap — '0.01' is 1% — and address is the account that collects it.

Both halves are required together. An amount with no collector has nowhere to go: the exchange pays its swap fee to whichever address the order names, so a fee without one is either lost or paid to somebody else.

Only fixed-rate pricing can carry it. Asked of a dispenser-priced or unpriced datatoken, this throws rather than quoting a fee nothing will collect.
