IpfsRemoteStore

Store the signed DDO on IPFS.

Usage

Option	Type	Purpose
`uploadUrl`	`string`	The Kubo RPC add endpoint. Required.
`headers`	`Record<string, string>`	For an authenticated gateway.
`extractCid`	`(response: unknown) => string \| undefined`	Override CID extraction. Defaults to `Hash`/`cid`/`Cid`/`IpfsHash`/`hash`.
`fetchImpl`	`typeof fetch`	Inject a custom fetch.

Produces an { type: 'ipfs', hash } pointer. See remote stores.
