getComputeEnvironment

Resolve a single compute environment by id, or the node's first one.

This is the same selection compute and freeCompute do internally, exposed so you can inspect an environment's resources and fees before committing to a job.

Usage

// A specific environment.
const env = await nautilus.getComputeEnvironment('env-id') 
 
// Or whichever the node lists first.
const fallback = await nautilus.getComputeEnvironment() 

Returns

• Type: ComputeEnvironment

The environment, including its resources, per-resource limits and per-chain fees.

Parameters

computeEnv

• Type: string | undefined

The environment id. Omit to take the node's first environment.
