getOceanConfig

The resolved chain configuration.

Read this back when you want to see what Nautilus.create actually settled on: the config it uses is ConfigHelper's entry for the signer's chain, with your config overrides merged over it.

console.log(config.chainId, config.oceanNodeUri)
